These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MNO Agentic Automation software and platform ("Service"). By accessing the application, connecting Facebook Pages, or utilizing the automation pipeline, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MNO Agentic Automation provides Facebook Page and Chapter Group automation for MNO networking chapters. Features include automated comment monitoring, AI-assisted lead qualification with Google Gemini, public and private Messenger reply orchestration, and visitor meeting registration into MNO databases.

2. Authorization and Facebook Credentials

You represent and warrant that you are an authorized administrator of any Facebook Page, Group, or Meta Business asset that you connect to our Platform. You grant the Platform permission to interact with your authorized Pages in accordance with the permissions requested during the Meta OAuth flow.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Violate Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, or Commercial Terms.
• Transmit unsolicited spam, harassment, or abusive content to Facebook commenters.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or reverse engineer the Platform.

4. AI Interactions and Automated Replies

Responses generated by the AI agent are based on prompt templates and contextual information from the MNO knowledge base. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that AI models may occasionally produce unexpected outputs. Administrators retain the ability to pause automated monitoring or disconnect pages at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary software, code, algorithms, and design elements of the Platform belong to MNO and Lumino. All trademarks, logos, and brand names of Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC are the property of their respective owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MNO, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, API throttling by third parties, or account suspensions resulting from misuse.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any user or page found to be in violation of these Terms or Meta's policies. You may disconnect your pages and cease using the Service at any time.
