User Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Meta Platform Policy and global privacy standards
MNO Agentic Automation values your privacy. We do not store your personal data on our servers beyond what is required to manage authorized Facebook Pages and facilitate meeting attendance. If you wish to remove your activity or delete all personal data associated with your Facebook profile or Page from our application, you can do so through the methods below:
Method 1: Remove the App via Your Facebook Settings
You can revoke the application's access and trigger Meta's automated data removal request directly from your Facebook account:
- Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- In the left sidebar, navigate to Apps and Websites (or go directly to facebook.com/settings?tab=applications).
- Find Auto Agent 1 in your list of connected apps.
- Click the Remove button next to the app.
- Check the box to request that Facebook delete your app activity and confirm by clicking Remove.
Method 2: Direct Manual Deletion Request
If you are a Facebook commenter or Page Administrator and wish to have all stored interaction records, leads, emails, or Page Access Tokens deleted from our local databases immediately:
Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at: privacy@mno.net
Please include the following details so we can locate and purge your records:
- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request • [Your Name or Page Name]
- Your Facebook Profile Name or Facebook Page Name
- Email address or Phone number used in any comment interactions
Upon receipt, our system administrators will verify your request and permanently purge all associated records from our databases within 48 business hours, providing you with written confirmation.
3. What Happens Upon Deletion?
- All stored Page Access Tokens for your page are immediately revoked and deleted.
- Your commenter records and interaction history are permanently removed from our active database.
- No further automated replies or messages will be sent to your account.
