This Privacy Policy explains how MNO Agentic Automation ("we", "our", or "the Platform") collects, uses, processes, and protects information when authorized Facebook Pages and Groups interact with our service. We are committed to transparency and adherence to Meta Platform Terms, Google API Services User Data Policy, and global data privacy standards.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect data necessary to provide automated visitor qualification and event registration for MNO networking chapter meetings:

• Page Administrator Information: When you connect via Meta OAuth, we receive authorized Page names, Page IDs, and Page Access Tokens with permissions you explicitly approve (e.g., pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, pages_messaging).
• Public Comment & Interaction Data: Public comments posted to connected Facebook Page and Chapter Group posts, including the commenter's display name, public comment text, timestamp, and unique comment ID.
• Visitor Registration Details: If a commenter expresses intent to attend an MNO weekly meeting, we collect and parse contact information they voluntarily provide, including name, email address, phone number, profession/industry, and company name.

2. How We Use Collected Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following operational purposes:

• Listening to comments on MNO chapter posts in real-time.
• Analyzing comment intent using Google Gemini AI to identify potential meeting visitors.
• Sending automated public comment replies confirming meeting details.
• Sending private 1-to-1 Messenger replies with Zoom meeting links and registration details.
• Registering confirmed visitors into the MNO Aurora MySQL database for upcoming weekly chapter meetings.

3. Third-Party Services & AI Processing

To deliver our service, data is processed in conjunction with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook Graph API): Used to fetch authorized pages, receive comment webhooks, post replies, and send Messenger messages in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms.
• Google Gemini API: Comment texts are submitted to Google Gemini strictly for natural language entity extraction (name, business, email) and intent classification. Google does not use our API inputs to train foundation models.
• MNO Aurora Database: Qualified visitor profiles are stored securely in MNO's MySQL infrastructure to manage chapter meeting attendance and prevent category conflicts.

4. Data Retention & Security

We store interaction logs and authorized page tokens in encrypted, password-protected databases. Page access tokens are stored securely and used solely for scheduled monitoring. We retain visitor interaction records only for as long as necessary to fulfill chapter meeting registrations and reporting obligations.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies and applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time.
